World State:
- All companions recruited and all companion quests completed, including Sten, Shale, and Zevran.
- Does not harden Leliana; hardens Alistair.
- Completes the Return to Ostagar quest, defeating the ogre that killed King Cailan Theirin and giving the King a proper funereal.
- Completes the Warden’s Keep quest, letting Avernus live and continue his research, insisting he does in an ethical way. Does not take advantage of Avernus’ research and therefore does not gain the rogue blood abilities available through this quest.
- Sided with the mages and saved the Circle; ignores Cullen's request.
- Managed to save Connor's life with the help of the Circle mages and sending Wynn into the Fade.
- Sided with the Dalish and killed the Werewolves and Witherfang.
- Did not defile the Urn of Sacred Ashes.
- Helped Dagna to study magic at the Circle.
- Helped put Prince Bhelen Aeducan on the throne of Orzammar.

- Forced to put down the peasant uprising by force.
- Inspires Oghren to take an active interest in his family's life by visiting often with his wife and child.
- Personally sees to saving the city of Amaranthine but with the armor and keep upgrades, manages to save both Vigil's Keep and Amaranthine.
- Sides with the Architect to defeat the Mother.
